  2. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery Process:
  1. Riders follow routes and not specific timings. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
  • Damaged or Faulty Products:
  1. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, TheGadgets.pk will be responsible for replacing it.
  2. The customer must return the product via a courier service (e.g., Pakistan Post) to our address.
  • Exchange Policy:
  1. Customers who wish to exchange items (e.g., bangle size or design) must pay PKR 300/- as delivery charges.
  2. The exchange period is 3 to 5 days after receiving the original parcel.
  • Order Cancellation/Changes:
  1. Customers can cancel or modify their orders within 2 hours of submission. After this period, no changes or cancellations will be entertained, and the order must be received as placed.
  • Address Details:
  1. Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, street number, or the nearest famous landmark.
  2. Orders with incomplete addresses will be cancelled.
