- Make-to-Order Products:
- Make-to-order products are pre-orders and will take a minimum of 2 weeks or a maximum of 3 weeks to prepare.
- Payment for pre-orders must be made in advance.
- Delivery within Pakistan:
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched.

- Delivery Process:
- Riders follow routes and not specific timings. We appreciate your cooperation in this regard.
- Damaged or Faulty Products:
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, TheGadgets.pk will be responsible for replacing it.
- The customer must return the product via a courier service (e.g., Pakistan Post) to our address.
- Exchange Policy:
- Customers who wish to exchange items (e.g., bangle size or design) must pay PKR 300/- as delivery charges.
- The exchange period is 3 to 5 days after receiving the original parcel.
- Order Cancellation/Changes:
- Customers can cancel or modify their orders within 2 hours of submission. After this period, no changes or cancellations will be entertained, and the order must be received as placed.
- Address Details:
- Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including house number, block number, street number, or the nearest famous landmark.
- Orders with incomplete addresses will be cancelled.
